Our Financial Policy:

1. Payment is due at the time of service unless arrangements have been made in advance. We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard as well as debit cards. Financing is available through Capital One.
2. Keep in mind that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. As a service to you, we will file and follow up your insurance claim with the benefits assigned to you. Medicare normally reimburses approximately $460 for a needle aponeurotomy.
